Who is Roger Severino?

Severino is in charge of preventing discrimination in federal health care programs. But instead of focusing on ensuring equal access, he’s using his office to argue that religious and personal objections be used to deny access to basic health care.

I could not think of a more dangerous person to head up the Office of Civil Rights at HHS.
